I'm a strategic communications and community development professional with thirteen years of business ownership and management experience. I am developing a strong interest in politics and international relations with a focus on cross-cultural communications. I am digitally and culturally competent, with a flair for bringing people together over a common cause. I currently implement the Welcoming Communities programme which enables our community to view its role in a globalised world accepting and welcoming migrants, international students and refugees. I also support young global millennials to develop their cross-cultural leadership in a programme called Global Ambassadors. My commercial clients have reached heights they had never achieved before in media coverage, increased engagement and clientele. I've landed my clients coverage with You Tube influencers with millions of followers, top magazines, national radio, news sites and the television news.

Resourceful
At the age of 22 and with my own savings, I founded a business importing goods from China and distributed them across 52 stores nationwide for Farmers Trading Company. I’m known for being able maximise impact with little resource.
Service-driven
The foundation of my career is in retail, serving customers face-to-face on the shop floor, with years in management and ownership roles. I developed a heads-up, highly responsive and innate customer focus while nurturing my teams’ ability to serve our customers better. From 100% mystery shop scores, to turning an irate customer into a delighted one, exceptional service is part of my core ethos.
